Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to make complaint regarding the product that I purchased recently. I bought a Vacuum Cleaner from you on 18 december 2017 and I paid Rp.12.000.000 with serial number no. 1313.196 and product model no. 911.430.

The product did not work properly, when I checked I found the vacuum cleaner hose open, this incident made me disappointed with you provide. I have lodged a complaint on your customer service center, but there is no respond or action taken till now.
