Responding a complaint letter from one of our consumers named Inne
Hanandita on 24 December 2017. We don’t pay close attention to the physical
condition of the product to be purchased by consumers.
I want to apologize for what has happened to this problem that
makes you feel dissappointed. I will immediately take action by replacing the
consumers produkct with new as soon as possible and we will improve costumer
service even higher.
